By accessing or using AUM Bot ("Software"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your personal or organizational devices. This license is revocable at any time at the Company's discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

• Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activity that:
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Software.

4. Account Creation and Security

To access certain features of the Software, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
  • Your use or inability to use the Software.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
  • Any other matter relating to the Software.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any updates.
